Is it complex to setup?
We designed Rella with simplicity in mind. Setup usually takes < 5 minutes for sending your first event. From then on, it's as simple as tracking what's important to you.
Is there documentation?
Of course. Once you're signed into Rella you'll get access to our Event and Metric builder pages which will let you copy and paste the code needed to send the events.
I'm not technical, can I still use this?
100%. Rella is super simple to add to any page or server side application. If you get stuck at anytime you're able to reach out to harry@rella.so whenever needed and we'll help you get setup.
What happens if I get stuck / need support?
If you can't manage to get our integration for Slack setup, reach out to harry@rella.so and we will be happy to help (even jump on a call!). All support requests will be responded to within 24 hours (usually less).
Who can I send alerts too?
You can send alerts to any channel or person in your Slack account. Choose what type of alerts go where using our routing engine to ensure the right people get the right alerts.
For example: Send new customer signups, for users in companies with > 50 employees to #sales-leads.
